According to the university's public relations office: a specialized panel on familiarization with the actors of Iran's innovation ecosystem was held with the presence of a group of entrepreneurs from the province, organized by the Office of Industry Relations in the conference hall of Shahid Akhondi University of Technology in Qom.
In this meeting, Dr. Heydari, the university's Vice President for Education and Research, emphasized the role of universities in Iran's innovation ecosystem and the necessity of holding specialized panels at universities. He discussed the indicators of innovation and presented relevant statistics on this matter.
Additionally, Dr. Rajiabi, the Director of Entrepreneurship and Industry Relations at Qom University of Technology, addressed the importance of familiarizing students and professors with Iran's innovation ecosystem. He added: today, Iran's innovation ecosystem has achieved significant growth, and we are witnessing its outputs in society and its impact on the lives of the Iranian people. In this regard, Qom University of Technology has taken steps to establish the first co-working space and the first demand-driven corporate accelerator.
At the end of the event, Engineer Shirazi, the Deputy of the National Elite Foundation of Qom Province, Engineer Gholamzadeh, Chief Evaluator of the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, Mr. Jalili, Director of Investment for the Innovation House, and a consultant at the university's Entrepreneurship Office, and Engineer Rezaei, Advisor to the Science and Technology Park of Islamic Azad University and expert in the university's Entrepreneurship Office, provided explanations regarding their roles, responsibilities, and functions related to their organizations and institutions within this ecosystem.
