The 50th Conference of Research and Technology Deputies of Universities, Educational and Research Centers, and Science and Technology Parks

 According to the public relations office of the university: The fiftieth meeting of the vice presidents for research and technology of universities, educational and research centers, and science and technology parks was held on Thursday January 11 in the Imam Reza (AS) hall of Sistan and Baluchestan University.

This meeting lasted for two days and aimed at policy-making and planning, helping to harmonize the research and technology departments of the country’s higher education institutions, examining research and technology policies and programs at both micro and macro levels, enhancing the scientific capacity of the country, sharing experiences, fostering close connections between the frontlines and the administration, and future foresight, with the presence of vice presidents for research and technology from universities and higher education centers, as well as Dr. Ahmadi, the vice president for research and technology of the Ministry of Science.

In this meeting, which was also attended by Dr. Mohammad Fadaei, the educational and research vice president of Qom Industrial University, discussions focused on improving the quality of documentation and research products, paying special attention to demand-driven and applied research, streamlining the projects of graduate students to align with the country's needs, enhancing the rankings of the country’s universities in international ranking systems, establishing central laboratories, securing research funding for universities, and moving towards strengthening innovation centers in universities and creating a healthy ecosystem between universities and science and technology parks .
