According to the public relations office of the university, the board of the Islamic Azad University of Qom issued a statement expressing their appreciation and gratitude to those involved in the pride-filled Operation Promised 2. The full text of this statement is as follows:
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Fight them; Allah will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and will grant you victory over them and will heal the chests of a believing people ﴾. Surah and Ayah number: At-Tawbah (14)
With the help of Almighty God, in avenging the blood of the martyr freedom fighter Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and the disruption of the national sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the recent wicked acts of this criminal regime in martyring commanders and the great leader of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, and the martyr General Brigadier General Abbas Nilforushan, and in support of the defenseless people of Gaza and the resilient Lebanon, Operation Promised 2 was carried out astonishingly under the banner of "O Messenger of God." Undoubtedly, Iran's powerful missile attack on the criminal Zionist Israel with 200 missiles alleviated some of the sufferings of the innocent people of Gaza and Lebanon, and we now witness that at the hands of Iranian generals, who are the children of Imam Khomeini, and with the help of Almighty God, blows have been delivered to the decayed and worn-out body of the Zionist regime in such a way that they have lost their capacity to resist. Without a doubt, Operation Promised 2, which smashed three main and important military bases of Israel, was a significant warning for the Zionist criminals that Iran will stand resolutely and powerfully in defense of its legitimate rights against any form of aggression and will make every wicked aggressor regret their actions. The board of the Islamic Azad University of Qom, representing this academic community, expresses its utmost gratitude and appreciation to the courageous and militant children of Iran in the Aerospace Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the heroic army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Support, who under the leadership of the Supreme Leader, Imam Khamenei (may his shadow be extended), brought about proud success in avenging and punishing the Zionist tyrannical regime. Moreover, despite all the sanctions and threats from the enemy, we take pride that Iran, empowered with missiles crafted by Iranian elites and engineers, can shine like a gem in the Middle East.
And Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security.
