The conference on the examination of cognitive warfare and disturbances in the country was held at Qom University of Technology.
According to the public relations office of the university: The Cognitive Warfare Conference concerning unrest in the country was held with the presence of Dr. Mohammad Javan in the Shahid Akhoundi Conference Hall at Qom University of Technology, organized by the representative office of the Supreme Leader and the Student and Cultural Affairs Department. In this conference, Dr. Javan, a prominent expert on soft warfare, stated: Sometimes war is physical, initiated by an attack on a country; but at times, it is media warfare, which only affects the minds of the people. Dr. Javan added: Soft warfare against the Islamic Republic of Iran is a definitive plan of global arrogance, which has been seriously prioritized by the enemy due to their hopelessness and inability to confront Iran militarily. In this context, the events following the elections provided a very favorable opportunity to transition soft warfare against Iran into a new and more effective phase. He emphasized that, according to experts, the best environment for increasingly implementing soft warfare at this critical juncture is universities, as the designers of soft warfare have invested significantly to initially connect with elites and academics, and then channel this influence into the community. The Supreme Leader has a beautiful and insightful expression regarding this matter, referring to students as young officers in the front lines against soft warfare.
