According to the university's public relations: The ninety-eighth meeting of the Think Tank for the Development of Qom Province and the fourth session of this think tank were held with the presence of Dr. Ali Larijani, the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, officials, and senior managers of the province at the Tolou Mehr complex.
At the beginning of this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Banaei regarded the Development Think Tank of the province as the intellectual backbone of Qom and considered its meetings highly efficient in terms of discussing solutions for balanced growth and development in Qom Province within the framework of 11 working committees.
The Political and Security Deputy of the Qom Governor also emphasized the investment opportunities in this province and pointed out that the development of Qom Province must be balanced. He announced efforts to attract public investments and involve investors in the province's development projects.
Continuing, Dr. Larijani added: The holy city of Qom is both a center of religion and knowledge and industry. To further advance the industry of the province and make it prominent in the country, fundamental actions must be taken.
He emphasized: Holding an international conference to better familiarize with the investment opportunities of the province can be very effective.
At the end, Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Akhundi, the founder and new head of Qom University of Technology, presented a report on the university's performance, considering Qom University of Technology very significant in advancing the province's industry. He also declared his readiness to hold the mentioned international conference in this meeting, in the presence of talented and creative students and professors at this university.
