The university president's cordial meeting with the staff of the student and cultural affairs department

According to the public relations report, as part of the ongoing friendly meetings between the university president and various sectors, on Sunday, 2020/04/26, the staff of the student affairs sector, along with the student and cultural vice president, met in the meeting hall with Dr. Rezaei Nour.
In this cordial meeting and discussion, Dr. Rezaei Nour began by congratulating the new year and the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan. He expressed his happiness regarding the advancements of Qom Industrial University in recent years and the collaboration of the staff in addressing student issues. He also emphasized the importance of cultural and student activities and thanked the sincere efforts of the managers and staff in this sector.
Then, Dr. Karimi, the student and cultural vice president of the university, congratulated the new year and wished his colleagues spiritual blessings during the holy month of Ramadan. He noted that the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic provided an opportunity to reassess some of the sector’s performances in better serving students. Among the matters he raised were: improving the electronic infrastructure for providing student services, reforming the food infrastructure in terms of data collection and storage, updating information on the university website (forms, regulations, etc.), following up on contracts, and addressing their shortcomings, etc.
He continued by stating that the efforts of this sector's staff are at the forefront of serving students, and he expressed gratitude for the compassionate and responsible work of the managers and employees in this unit.
In the continuation of this meeting, the staff shared their views and opinions and made suggestions for improving affairs.
