According to the public relations of the university: Dr. Bahram Khoshneviesan, the president of Qom University of Technology, met and conversed with university staff.
Initially, Engineer Rezai Pouya, the head of security, discussed the characteristics of an exemplary employee. He identified motivation as one of the most important traits of an exemplary employee.
Furthermore, Dr. Khoshneviesan, the president of the university, expressed gratitude for the unwavering efforts of the staff in completing another academic year and shared insights regarding the current status and future outlook of the university. The employees also presented their questions, ideas, and opinions both verbally and in writing to the president of the university.
At the end, Dr. Khoshneviesan, the university president, along with Engineer Yari, the administrative and financial deputy, and Engineer Nikpour, the project and planning manager, answered the raised questions.
The meeting concluded with appreciation for Ms. Navabi for executing the Ghadir project at the university library.
