According to the Public Relations of the University: A friendly meeting took place between Dr. Rezai Noor, the President of Qom University of Technology, and the university staff in the Shahid Akhundi Conference Hall.
In this meeting, Dr. Rezai Noor, while appreciating the efforts of the university's managers and staff, added: During this short time that I have been serving you, dear colleagues at Qom University of Technology, we have been tirelessly advancing our work with other esteemed colleagues. By the grace of Almighty God, the improvement of the university's physical environment, including the construction of a library, establishing the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and building several classrooms, upgrading the quality of dormitories, and preliminary planning for the construction of the new university campus have been among the activities of the past month.
The President of Qom University of Technology emphasized: We all, as members of one family, must strive and exert extra effort to elevate the university. Based on the planning done in line with resistant economy, we have adopted contractionary financial policies to prioritize the effective consumption that allows us to focus on the construction of university land.
Dr. Kafayitemand Ghior, the senior advisor to the president, in continuation, congratulated the upcoming holidays (Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Ghadir) and regarded human resources from the perspective of behavior and knowledge as human capital. He added: Every organization has a life cycle that begins in the embryonic stage and, after the growth phase, goes through stages of maturity and decline, and preventing organizational decline requires positive change and transformation, as well as continuous improvement of all members of the organization, which can only be achieved through the cooperation, coordination, and empathy of the members.
The senior advisor to the president further added: Considering the specific circumstances of the holy city of Qom as the mother of the Islamic world, Qom University of Technology has a very critical duty in educating committed and devout students, which we must fulfill with a cohesive plan for the university’s designated missions.
