Qualified students can express their interest in joining the Student Guild Council from 94/9/7 to 94/9/8 by visiting the student affairs office to complete the relevant application form for candidates participating in council elections. It is worth mentioning that after reviewing the qualifications of the candidates, the names of those who meet the criteria for conducting advertising and related matters will be announced after the above deadline.
The general conditions for candidacy are as follows:
1- Belief in the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and practical commitment to the absolute guardianship of the jurist and the Constitution (completion of the application form)
2- Full-time enrollment in the institution at one of the undergraduate, master's, or doctoral levels.
3- Not having a final disciplinary conviction.
4- No notoriety for behavior incompatible with student dignity and ethics, confirmed by competent authorities within or outside the university.
5- Having a minimum GPA of 13 and no conditional enrollment exceeding one semester during the course of study.
6- Not holding an organizational responsibility in the central council of political and cultural associations authorized by the institution's supervisory board.
7- Remaining for at least two semesters according to the standard educational years (8 semesters for continuous undergraduate, 4 semesters for master's, 14 semesters for professional doctorate, and 9 semesters for specialized doctorate).
8- Completing two semesters of study for continuous undergraduate students.
Note: Graduate students have the opportunity to participate in elections from the beginning of their entry into the institution.
