The introductory ceremony for new students of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology was held.

According to the university's public relations: The welcoming ceremony for the newly admitted students of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology was held with the presence of Dr. Khorshidi, the university president, Dr. Mohseni, the dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Engineer Rezaei Pouya, the director of the security department, faculty members of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, and students of this faculty in the Shaheed Akhoundi Conference Hall of the university.
In this ceremony, Dr. Khorshidi welcomed the new students and added: Today, our country needs creative and talented students. Students who, instead of searching for jobs, become entrepreneurs themselves.
The president of Qom Industrial University stated: The undergraduate program is the best opportunity to recognize your talents and abilities. Therefore, make special use of this golden opportunity. Do not limit yourself to theoretical learning; try to enter the job market during your studies.
Then, Dr. Mohseni provided a brief history of the university for the students to become more familiar. He also addressed the resources for the courses in civil engineering, mechanics, industrial engineering, polymer science, and mechanics.
Engineer Rezaei Pouya, the director of the security department, introduced this department and urged students to share their suggestions, criticisms, and reports regarding the safety and health of the academic community at Qom Industrial University.
Engineer Nasiri, the university advisor, explained the counseling center for the newly admitted students and discussed the implementation of the health monitoring plan specifically designed for new entrants.
Subsequently, the department heads of the faculty, Dr. Attar, head of the civil engineering department, Dr. Khademzadeh, head of the polymer department, Dr. Talebi, head of the mechanics department, and Dr. Aghamohammadi, head of the industrial engineering department, outlined supplementary educational points for the newly admitted students.
At the end, a commemorative gift was presented to the new students.
