Applicants for Transfer and Guest Enrollment
From the first of Ordibehesht until the 31st of Ordibehesht for the upcoming academic year (the first and second semesters), applicants must proceed through the Student Affairs Organization's Educational Services System. (Article 12, amended on 91/02/03, number 19718/4/41). Transfer is possible with the agreement of both the origin and destination universities, which is facilitated through the website.
Term Withdrawal
In special circumstances, with a written request from the student and approval from the university's educational department, withdrawal is allowed up to three weeks before the start of examinations. (Paragraph 2, Article 17 of the executive regulations)
Emergency Withdrawal (Single Course)
The student is permitted to withdraw from one course (non-practical and non-laboratory) on the specified date, provided that the total credit hours do not fall below 12, and that the student's absences in that course do not exceed one-third of the sessions (Article 17 of the approved regulations, session 859 dated 1393/12/16).
Change of Major or Field Within the Same University
Bachelor’s students with the following conditions may change from one major or field of study to another within the same experimental group or a different experimental group at the same institution.
a- The requested major or field must be available at the same institution.
b- The student’s score in the nationwide entrance exam must not be lower than the national score required for that major or field at the institution (in the admission year).
c- The student must be able to continue their studies within the remaining allowable years.
d- Approval from the educational group and confirmation from the institution's educational council.
Note: A student may change their major or field only once during each level of study, provided the aforementioned conditions are met. Leave of Absence
A student may take a leave of absence for one semester during the associate and non-continuous bachelor’s programs and for two semesters during the continuous bachelor’s program. (Article 20 of the approved regulations, session 859 dated 1393/12/16) - Application dates for the first semester: first half of Mordad and for the second semester: first half of Dey.
