Dear esteemed staff and respected students,
It was said by Imam Ali (peace be upon him): Indeed, God has chosen us and has selected for us a group of Shiites who will support us, rejoice in our joy, grieve in our sorrow, and dedicate their wealth and lives for us. They are from us and towards us.
Verily, the Almighty has chosen us and selected a group to assist us, to be joyful due to our happiness, to be sorrowful because of our grief, and to give their wealth and lives in our cause. They are of us and to us.
Wishing for the acceptance of your mourning, it is hereby announced that a ceremony will be held on Monday, 9/9/94, to commemorate the Arbaeen of the Lord and Master of Martyrs, Abba Abdillah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him), in the university prayer hall. At the end, those in mourning will be served a communal meal.
Those who wish to participate in this spiritual matter may visit the office of the representative of the Supreme Leader at the university for donations.
