1- Students applying for full guest status in semester 981 should note that those whose previous guest requests were approved by Qom Industrial University need to attend in person for registration on the dates below, and other students whose full guest request for semester 981 at Qom Industrial University has not been approved or who have not submitted a request to Qom Industrial University for guest consideration should not attempt to register for guest status, as such requests will not be processed.
2- Students applying for single course guest status in semester 981 may register for the course if their guest request is approved by the relevant faculty (Qom Industrial University) and if there is available capacity. (It is important to note that students applying for single course guest status only for one course will be approved by the faculty, if agreed upon, and can proceed with registration. (Therefore, it is understood that individuals requesting more than one course as a single course guest should not go to the university.)
3- All guest students (whose requests were previously approved) must visit in person with a letter of introduction from their home university according to the dates mentioned below for registration. Thus, they should not visit under any circumstances before or after the mentioned dates.
Failure to visit within the timeline specified below will be considered as a withdrawal from guest status.
Timeline for students applying for guest status in semester 981
1- Saturday, 16/06/1398 from 9 AM to 1 PM
2- Sunday, 17/06/1398 from 9 AM to 1 PM
3- Wednesday, 20/06/1398 from 9 AM to 1 PM
