Qom Industrial University, in implementing its policies to guide and support top students and provide them with opportunities for entering the master’s program, based on the regulations of the Council for Talent Management and amendments No. 2/119445 dated 1396/06/08, No. 140036/2 dated 1395/07/04, and No. 299574/2 dated 1396/12/16 from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, in all fields that admit students through the National Organization for Educational Testing, will accept students in compliance with the announced conditions from among the final semester undergraduate students who meet one of the conditions below for the academic year 98-97.
Admission Conditions:
- Undergraduate students of Qom Industrial University who, after six semesters with at least three-quarters of their coursework completed, rank among the top fifteen percent of students in their field and entry year based on overall average, may complete the application form for the mentioned facilities to continue their studies in the non-continuous master’s degree, and submit it to the university’s talent management expert by no later than 15/02/1397.
- Undergraduate students who are among the top fifteen finalists in the national student scientific Olympiad can visit the talent management office with an official introduction letter from the Olympiad secretariat to benefit from the mentioned facilities for admission to the master’s program.
- Undergraduate students who graduate in six semesters and have an overall average that places them in the top fifteen percent compared to the overall average of students in the same field and different entry years will be admitted beyond the capacity of the non-exam admission for the master’s program of that year.
General Conditions:
- Graduation within a maximum of eight semesters (by 1397/06/31).
- Admission for the academic year 98-97 is only possible immediately after graduation and only for one time.
Points to Note:
- The university has the discretion to allocate up to 20 percent of the admission capacity for the daily master’s program in any field-specialization (National Testing Organization exam) to continuous undergraduate students (both daily and evening) beyond the capacity of the test-based admission, provided the announced conditions are met.
- According to Amendment No. 140036/2 dated 04/07/1396 from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, only the average of three-quarters of the credits until the sixth semester will be considered for admission, and the averages of the seventh or eighth semesters will not be reviewed.
- If the top fifteen percent of students do not apply or withdraw, the university, if it wishes, is allowed to replace them with merely the next ten percent of its students based on the priority order of rank applicants in that field.
- If the duration of study exceeds the permitted period (maximum of two semesters) due to reasons beyond the student’s control (such as childbirth, illness, or parent/spouse assignments), in this case, the issues will be accepted beyond capacity in the higher program following an introduction and submission of group meeting minutes and the academic council’s approval of the university, confirmed by the university's talent management committee.
- The university has the discretion to admit candidates who graduate in six semesters and rank among the top fifteen percent compared to their peers in their field beyond the capacity.
- Admission to related fields is possible at the discretion of the department council and approved by the university’s educational council.
- Final admission of accepted students depends on the announcement of the National Educational Assessment organization and confirmation of general qualifications; prior to the announcement of the mentioned organization, no rights can be claimed by the applicants.
- The university only accepts eligible candidates once each year.

- Completed personal information form (Required Forms)
- Certificate of excellence confirmed by the educational institution
- Copy of the first page of the birth certificate
- Copy of the national ID card
- Transcript for six semesters of the applicant
