Talent Identification Plan for Elite Competitors in National Skills Competitions
The Technical and Vocational Training Organization of the country, based on its educational mission, annually holds national skills competitions to expand and disseminate vocational training among interested youth under 21 years of age. To this end, interested, skilled, and talented young individuals are invited to participate in this major event.
Benefits and facilities for the selected participants of the national skills competitions:
1- Employment of the top national participants as counselor soldiers.
2- Military service facilities for graduates with bachelor's degrees or higher.
3- Financial aid for pilgrimage costs.
4- Innovation and excellence credit at level three.
5- Sending top participants to the World Skills Competition 2015 in Brazil.

1. Discovering the professional talents of youth and creating suitable opportunities for skill enhancement.
2. Raising public awareness of the importance of skill training and its role in economic development, and attracting the attention of authorities, businesses, industries, and guilds to participate in national skills competitions.
3. Identifying and introducing skilled and elite individuals to industries and businesses.
4. Promoting and enhancing the culture of skill training.
5. Creating a suitable environment for the enhancement of professional skills in the country to match global skill levels and identifying deficiencies in technical and vocational training and planning to address them.
6. Providing an opportunity for the exchange of technical information and professional experiences among youth.
7. Identifying educational skill deficiencies.
8. Enhancing the standards of skill training in the country.
9. Creating motivation among youth to acquire skills.
10. Providing suitable opportunities for healthy competition among youth in the country.
Registration Conditions:
1. Citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
2. Muslim or follower of one of the religions specified in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
3. Commitment to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
4. No addiction to any kind of drugs and having physical and mental health to participate in the competitions.
5. Commitment to observe all competition regulations.
Note: Participants sent to past World Skills Competitions are not allowed to participate in any of the competition disciplines.
