In this meeting, the representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Consultative Assembly described the Student Basij as a valuable organization and added: Revolutionary organizations must have an active presence in all student arenas. Our scientific community today needs elite Basij members to diminish the country's dependency on foreign nations, especially in scientific and industrial fields.
Engineer Amirabadi emphasized: The student phase is a part of life that teaches dynamism, action and confidence to a young person, so we must pursue all societal issues with this same spirit. In addition to political issues, the issues and challenges of student welfare are very important, and the Basij should work collaboratively with officials and students to address the welfare problems of students to the best of their ability.

At the end, Afshar Nasb, the head of the Student Basij of Qom University of Technology, presented a report on Basij activities. He considered the organization of jihadist camps as one of the most important programs determined in the context of resistance economy and added: One of the effective programs of the Student Basij of Qom University of Technology is organizing jihadist camps, which, thanks to the active participation of students and the support of university officials, has, by the grace of God, provided small assistance to the underprivileged community by constructing, equipping, and renovating schools, hospitals, mosques, etc., and also by holding cultural and knowledge-enhancing programs.
