The National Mourning Ceremony of the Fatimi Sanctuary has concluded at the Fatimi Shrine.

The National Mourning Festival of Fatimi concluded with the appreciation of 18 selected individuals in the artistic, literary, research, and digital media sections at the Holy Shrine of Fatimi.
According to the public relations department of Qom University of Technology, the closing ceremony of the National Mourning Festival of Fatimi was held today at noon using a virtual webinar platform in the Imam Khamenei Hall of the Holy Shrine of the Lady of Dignity.
During this ceremony, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Ghorbani Mabin, the head of the Leadership Office at Qom University of Technology, presented a report on the activities carried out in the National Mourning Festival of Fatimi and stated: This festival has been pursued in the literary, artistic, research, and digital media sections, centered around Hazrat Masoomah (Peace be upon her) and Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (Peace be upon her).
He added: The literary section includes short stories and poetry, the artistic section encompasses painting and calligraphy, the digital media section includes photography and audio podcasts, and the research section focuses on articles.
Jalal Rezaei Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, expressed gratitude to the participants in the Fatimi Mourning Festival, saying: Although this festival faced various challenges due to the coronavirus situation, it successfully concluded with the reception of 300 quality submissions. We hope that in future editions, as we overcome issues arising from the spread of the virus, we can hold the festival in person with greater quality and quantity and serve students interested in the literary, artistic, research, and media fields.
Hadi Asgari, the director-general of cultural and social affairs at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, stated during this webinar: Considering the efforts made at Qom University of Technology, the secretariat of the National Mourning Festival of Fatimi will continue its work under the auspices of Qom University of Technology.
Appreciation of the 18 selected individuals and a eulogy by Hasan Shalbaafan were other parts of the closing ceremony of the National Mourning Festival of Fatimi.
It is noteworthy that in organizing this religious festival, the Holy Shrine of the Lady of Dignity, the Municipality of Qom, and the Cultural and Social Deputy of the Ministry of Science, alongside the Cultural and Social Deputy of the Leadership Representation Office in universities, student and staff Basij organizations participated.
