According to the university's public relations: By decree from Dr. Bahram Khoshnavisan, President of Qom University of Technology, Dr. Seyed Mohammad Dehghan has been appointed as the Acting Head of the General Department of Educational Affairs and Graduate Studies of the university.
A portion of the text of this decree is as follows:
In consideration of your commitment and experiences, and in order to further achieve the scientific and cultural objectives of the government of Hope and Prudence, and under the blessings of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, you are hereby appointed as the Acting Head of the General Department of Educational Affairs and Graduate Studies of the university by this decree.
Additionally, thanks and appreciation were expressed for the efforts of Dr. Mahbubeh Shamsi during her tenure as the Head of the General Department of Educational Affairs and Graduate Studies of the university.
