According to the Public Relations of the University: On the occasion of the beginning of the blessed decade of Fajr, the board of trustees and staff of Qom University of Technology gathered at 9:30 AM on Tuesday to hold a ceremony in the university's prayer hall.
Initially, Dr. Khoshnavis congratulated everyone on the occasion of the thirty-seventh anniversary of the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution and shared a memory of how the youth fought against the Pahlavi regime, emphasizing that protecting the ideals of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the martyrs is the most fundamental and important duty of the martyr-loving nation of Iran.
Continuing, Hojjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Akhoundzadeh, the representative of the Office of the Supreme Leader’s Representative at this university, considered the presence of youth in the victory of the Islamic Revolution as one of the important factors of success and added: During the tyrannical Pahlavi regime, despite all the threats, tortures, and massacres of the people, Imam Khomeini (RA) envisioned a new government based on faith and justice, which today has turned into a model for other Islamic countries.
The representative of the Office of the Supreme Leader’s Representative at Qom University of Technology deemed participation in the enemy-dispelling rally on February 22 and the upcoming elections as a duty for every Iranian and added: The epic moments that the people create during the annual rallies on February 22 and other occasions, including their insightful presence in elections, immunize the country against enemies.
In continuation, Dr. Fadaei, the Student Affairs Deputy of Qom University of Technology, presented a report on the programs of the blessed decade of Fajr. He added: Visiting the Museum of Sorrow, enthusiastic participation in the Friday prayers and the February 22 rally, visiting the esteemed family of martyr Sarabadi, a martyr student from Qom province, meeting with the esteemed Grand Ayatollah Alavi Gorgani, donating blood, holding a photo contest for the most memorable scenes from the February 22 rally, cleaning the martyrs' graves, and visiting the residence of the late Imam are among the programs of the blessed decade of Fajr.
