According to the university's public relations: Dr. Bahram Khoshnavisan, President of Qom University of Technology, issued a message requesting the academic community to uphold the values of the Islamic Revolution and passionately participate in the funeral of this eternal martyr to fulfill their duty to him.

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
During the eight years of holy defense, our martyred nation took pride that the blood of the youth of this land, Islamic Iran, has forever safeguarded it from the sworn enemies of this holy system and this pure soil.
In this historical period, despite the atrocities of terrorism, especially from ISIS which is spawned by oppressors and criminals of the time, not only does the honorable Iranian nation celebrate the existence of martyrs defending the shrine, but also every human being worldwide who possesses even a trace of dignity and courage takes pride in the martyrs, especially the beheaded soldier, the eternal martyr Mohsen Hojaji.
The simultaneous mourning periods of Seyyed and the Master of Martyrs and the funeral of the sacred body of martyr Mohsen Hojaji evoke the echoes of the message of Karbala that will be heard by the world.
I would like to extend my condolences and congratulations once again to the esteemed Supreme Leader (may his shadow last), the honorable people of Iran, the parents, spouse, and child of this eternal martyr, and I urge the insightful and perceptive academic community, especially the university community of Qom University of Technology, to uphold the values of the Islamic Revolution and passionately participate in the funeral ceremony of this beheaded soldier to fulfill our duty to him.
