According to the university's public relations, the text of Dr. Razai Noor's message is as follows:
The fifth of Esfand is a day to commemorate an exemplary figure, a politician, an innovative writer, a wise astronomer, a mathematician, and the father of engineering in Iran, Khwaja Nasir al-Din al-Tusi. I congratulate all engineers, professors, and especially the students of Qom University of Technology on this day, which is adorned with the name of the engineer. The proud history of Iran boasts a wealth of esteemed scholars and engineers who laid the foundation for the great Islamic Iranian civilization of our land. Although the virtue of scholars lies in discovering and formulating the laws of the world around humans and human societies, it is ultimately the engineers who, through the application of these laws, continuously strive to change and improve the living and working conditions of humans. This effort facilitates the advancement of human societies toward excellence. I feel it necessary to seize this occasion and extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on Engineer's Day to all the hardworking professors and engineers of the university and to you, the young engineers who are the future builders of our beloved homeland. It is hoped that inspired by modern and innovative technologies and adhering to engineering regulations and Islamic and professional ethics, the thoughts and methods of Iranian engineers will continue to serve as a model for all, just as in the past.
