According to the Public Relations Office of the university: The Board of Trustees of Qom Industrial University met and discussed with Dr. Ali Larijani, the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, on Thursday, 94/9/5 in his office.

In this meeting, Dr. Bahram Khoshnavisan, the President of Qom Industrial University, presented a report on the current status of the university. He noted the recent advancements of the university, particularly the scientific growth of students and the high acceptance rate of students at the graduate level in prominent universities, stating: The biggest challenge for Qom Industrial University is the lack of physical space. This physical space is inadequate for the students and staff of this university.
He added: Considering the university's mission-driven approach towards environmentally friendly industry, further support from national and provincial officials can significantly enhance this university's development. Given the environmental challenges and ongoing meetings with Dr. Ebtekar and other relevant officials, Qom Industrial University can take positive steps to address this issue.

Dr. Larijani also expressed his satisfaction with the advancements of Qom Industrial University and emphasized the establishment of a philanthropic association at the university, adding: Officials must support this university. Moreover, to enhance ties between industry and the university, there should be continuous communication between this university and industrial owners so that industry leaders can utilize the skilled engineers from Qom Industrial University through material and moral support for the growth of domestic industry.
