According to the university's public relations: The board of trustees and several faculty members of Qom University of Technology met with Hojjatoleslam va moslemeen Ashtiani, representative of the honorable people of Qom province in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, on Tuesday, 15 Ordibehesht 1393.
During this meeting, Dr. Moshkoud Al-Sadat, the esteemed president of the university, while expressing gratitude and appreciation for the selfless efforts and support of Hojjatoleslam va moslemeen Ashtiani, presented a report on the university's activities and significant advancements, particularly the recruitment of fifty-two faculty members, establishment of 38 laboratories and workshops, and acceptance of students in eleven undergraduate fields and eight master's fields.
He also mentioned the special status of Qom province, considering the presence of skilled professionals in the industry as essential, and added: Training specialized and efficient personnel is one of the main responsibilities of Qom University of Technology, which will contribute to the development of the province's industry.
Dr. Moshkoud Al-Sadat acknowledged: The establishment of the international campus of this university at the graduate level, located in the Salafchegan area, will have a significant impact on advancing the province's industry, and this will not be possible without the support of the officials.
Hojjatoleslam va moslemeen Ashtiani also, while thanking the university officials for their efforts, regarded the achievements of this university as remarkable and, referencing his management experience at Payame Noor University, added: It is evident that Qom University of Technology has achieved its current status through jihadist management.
At the end of this meeting, the representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Consultative Assembly added: Qom, in addition to being a hub for the world's religious sciences, is also an industrial city, and we officials will support this university to further develop the province's industry so that it can meet the needs of the province's industries by training specialized and committed human resources and addressing industrial issues.
