According to the Public Relations Office of the university: on the occasion of the Islamic holiday of Fajr, the office of the Vice Presidency for the Representation of the Supreme Leader at the Industrial University of Qom was established on Sunday, November 20, 1392, in the presence of Dr. Moskhuh Al-Sadat, the esteemed president of the university, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Dr. Karami, the esteemed head of the Supreme Leader's Representation at the universities of Qom Province, along with faculty members, staff, and students.
At the beginning of this ceremony, Dr. Moskhuh Al-Sadat, in his speech, considered the establishment of this institution as indicative of the development and progress of the university. He added: It is hoped that with the establishment of this institution and the presence of motivated and capable students and faculty, we will witness even greater successes for this university through mutual cooperation. Furthermore, with the support of the academic community of the Industrial University of Qom, we hope to implement the guidance of the Supreme Leader (May His Shadow Last) .
Continuing, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Dr. Karami, while expressing gratitude to Dr. Moskhuh Al-Sadat for his persistent efforts (over two years) in establishing this institution, added: Considering the activities and initiatives of student organizations at this university and the necessary preparations made by university officials, we also took the initiative to establish the office of the Supreme Leader's Representation.
He stated: Among the activities of this institution will be the establishment of a think tank for elite individuals, advisory councils with the participation of students, and strategic councils with faculty members, which our dear leader has emphasized significantly. Additionally, with the planned measures in the area of knowledge enhancement for faculty and students, it is hoped that we will witness an elevation in the religious awareness of both students and faculty.
At the end of this ceremony, with a certificate of appreciation, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Tabatabai, the former representative of the Supreme Leader's Representation, was honored, and by decree from Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Dr. Karami, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Akhoundzadeh was introduced as the Assistant of the Supreme Leader's Representation at the university.
