According to the Public Relations Office of the university: The Board of Trustees of Qom University of Technology met and discussed with the Executive Chairman of Imam Khomeini's Order in the Qom province to expand scientific and research activities.
In this meeting, Dr. Rezayi Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, pointed out that over ninety percent of undergraduate students are employed and mentioned: Qom University of Technology, by implementing the Industry Helper plan which requires students' presence in the province's industries, significantly assists in student employment and alleviating industrial problems.
He stated: The opening of the Innovation Center at Qom University of Technology has created a favorable environment for research and studies for professors and students, which is evident in the thirty-seven percent growth in the publication of scientific and research papers and the eleven-step advancement of Qom University of Technology among other universities in the country, highlighting the ongoing research activities of the professors and students of this university .
Furthermore, Dr. Omidian, the head of the Executive Headquarters of Imam Khomeini's Order in Qom province, expressed satisfaction with this meeting, considering the interaction between Qom University of Technology and the Barakat Foundation of the Executive Headquarters of Imam Khomeini (RA) to be very beneficial and effective.
He added: The Barakat Knowledge-Based Foundation has been very successful in the domain of knowledge-based activities and research, especially the production of Barakat vaccines, which is one of the foundation's prominent projects. The production of fourteen million doses of Barakat vaccines so far has been one of the remarkable successes of the Barakat Foundation.
Dr. Omidian considered cooperation with Qom University of Technology to be very effective in advancing the goals of the Barakat Foundation and added: This foundation supports the technological projects of Qom University of Technology, so by signing several memorandums of understanding, we can achieve very fruitful collaborations.
