According to the Public Relations Office of the university: The introduction ceremony for Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Ghobani Mobin, the head of the office of the representative of the Supreme Leader at Qom University of Technology, and the honoring and appreciation of Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Sharifi Doost, the former head of the office of the representative of the Supreme Leader at this university, was held at Qom University of Technology with the presence of Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Taghavi, the Deputy of Human Resources of the Representative Office of the Supreme Leader in Universities, and Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Pourreza, the head of the offices of the Supreme Leader's representative in the universities of the province.
At the beginning, Dr. Rezaei Noor, the president of Qom University of Technology, welcomed attendees and congratulated them on Student Day, referencing the martyrdom of Mostafa Bozorgnia, Ahmad Ghandchi, and Mahdi Shariati Razavi. He added that the students who, on December 7, demonstrated their protest against the resumption of relations between Iran and Britain through their martyrdom, established the impactful role of students in history.
He continued: Given the special conditions of Qom Province, the blessed presence of the shrine of the honorable Lady of the Household (S) and the seminaries on one hand, and the industrial zones of Salafchegan, Mahmoodabad, and Ghadir on the other hand, Qom University of Technology has unique and serious responsibilities.
The president of Qom University of Technology emphasized: Undoubtedly, the active, dynamic, and distinguished professors, along with motivated and goal-oriented students, will create a very bright future for this university.
He stated that the comprehensive progress of Qom University of Technology is contingent upon the unity, collaboration, and cooperation of the faculty, staff, and students with one another.
The president of Qom University of Technology, while appreciating the tireless efforts of Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Sharifi Doost, said: For me, being acquainted and in companionship with Hojjat al-Islam Sharifi Doost is a great fortune. Creating empathy and unity among student organizations, faculty, and staff has been part of his services at Qom University of Technology.
Dr. Rezaei Noor, congratulating Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Ghobani Mobin, expressed hope that with the support of the new head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader at Qom University of Technology, we will witness further progress and blessings in this university.

Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Taghavi emphasized the important and vital role of the offices of the Supreme Leader's Representative in universities and added: The support umbrella of the leadership must encompass all professors, students, and staff, and in this context, revolutionary forces must collaborate and assist the office so that the lofty goals of the Supreme Leader in universities are realized in the best possible manner.
He regarded the maturity of Islamic and student organizations as one of the best and sweetest blessings of the glorious Islamic Revolution and stated: The enthusiasm, liveliness, and critiques of students during meetings with the Supreme Leader have made these visits very attractive and memorable.
Hojjat al-Islam Pourreza pointed out that people have become weary of capitalist systems and added: The noble nation of Iran was weary of oppression and the tyrannies of the Taghut and revolted. Imam Khomeini also identified fighting oppression and resisting liberalism as one of the most important characteristics of the Islamic Revolution.
He continued with a quote from Kennedy (the then U.S. President) that Islam has given identity to humanity, noting: Nowadays, the West is gradually losing its collective identity. In the future, humanity will seek human identity, and that enduring identity is in Islam.
He noted that the Americans managed to control Islam in Egypt but were unsuccessful in our country. As we approach the fortieth anniversary of the revolution, to believe that our collective spirit has great strength, we must pay attention to the fact that the world's greatest powers stand against us. If we are small, why are the great powers of the world clashing with us?
Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Sharifi Doost continued: One of the phrases that has been repeatedly emphasized by the Supreme Leader is empowering believing and revolutionary youth. This is one of the noble goals of the office of the Supreme Leader in universities.
He added: The office of the Supreme Leader must be an academic force with the characteristics of a social worker and an revolutionary approach to effectively contribute to the realization of the lofty goals of the Islamic Revolution.
Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Ghobani Mobin, congratulating on Student Day, regarded the Islamic Republic as a reviver of the pure human nature in society and added: All ideologies that sought to establish freedom and liberty for human communities ended in failure.
The head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader at Qom University of Technology remarked: Amidst the hopelessness and spiritual and intellectual failures of humanity, the Islamic Revolution has presented a new approach to humanity, which will pave the way for the emergence of Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance).

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of the appointment of Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Ghobani Mobin as the head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader at Qom University of Technology.
Expressing views, perspectives, and demands of the students and professors was another program of this ceremony.
