On the occasion of May 17, the Day of Communications and Public Relations, a ceremony was held with the presence of the President and the Administrative and Financial Deputy of the university, honoring the public relations staff of Qom University of Technology.
According to the Public Relations Office of the university, in this ceremony, Dr. Rezaei Nour emphasized the significant and effective role of communications in the growth and prosperity of society, citing transparent access to information, relying on the two important elements of ethics and reality, as one of the essential needs of today's communities. He continued: Public relations must be able to utilize all media capacities to promote the organization and continuously elevate its knowledge in line with the latest media science. The university president acknowledged the effective efforts of the university's public relations in reflecting news and its substantial contribution to recent successes, and expressed gratitude for the tireless efforts of the staff in this field.
Continuing, Rezaei Pouya, the director of public relations at Qom University of Technology, expressed happiness over the university president's special attention to the field of public relations, stating:
Undoubtedly, public relations, as a key element in grand policy-making and organizational guidance, holds a special place. Since public relations and its functions are akin to the spirit of activities, they have become a crucial component of organizational performance today. Rezaei Pouya added: Employees in this field are not bound by time and place in fulfilling their mission, and the nature of their work is filled with stress and categorized as one of the hard and damaging jobs. Without these supports and encouragements, continuing work in this area would certainly not be feasible for us. He mentioned: I take this opportunity to specifically appreciate my colleagues in the public relations department of Qom University of Technology; Mr. Arab and Ms. Dolaveri, for their relentless and round-the-clock efforts in promoting and reporting university news.
At the end of this ceremony, a certificate of appreciation was presented to the public relations staff.
