Reviewing all educational programs of various university disciplines to propose new educational initiatives, offering consultation and idea development to guiding professors to facilitate academic projects aligned with environmentally sustainable technologies, quantitatively and qualitatively evaluating projects submitted to the university's research council regarding their enhancement in environmentally sustainable technology, and equipping the university's research laboratories in accordance with environmentally sustainable technologies as designated laboratories for the Environmental Protection Organization and provincial standards.
