1 - Given the administration of exams based on seat numbers, it is essential for students to settle in their designated areas according to the announced seat numbers.
2- Carrying a student ID card or exam entry card is mandatory. (The exam entry card can be printed from the portal.)
3- Students who must attend two exams simultaneously need to coordinate by visiting the exam supervisor thirty minutes before the exam starts. (Mr. Engineer Jaloudar)
4- Please refrain from bringing mobile phones to the exam as even having a phone on silent during the exam will be considered a violation and will be dealt with according to regulations. (If necessary, use a wristwatch.)
5- Bringing any kind of notes, memos, scratch paper, programmable calculators, mobile phones, paper, draft notes, etc. (except for items specified by the relevant professor on the question sheet) is prohibited, and students may submit them to the exam's loan section before entering the exam room.
6- Answer sheets without the student's signature, exam seal, and proctor's signature are invalid, so students should ensure their answer sheets are stamped and signed.
7- Having a calculator, if needed, is essential for each student during the exams, and students are not authorized to move calculators during the exam.
9- Under no circumstances are students allowed to disrupt the order of the session (moving chairs, etc.), and any violations observed will be dealt with according to the regulations.
