According to the Public Relations Office of the University: A workshop on professional ethics for the staff of Qom University of Technology was held by the Office of the Representative of the Supreme Leader at the university on Thursday, 95/8/12, from 8:20 to 10:30 in the Shahid Akhundi Conference Hall.
In this workshop, Hojjatoleslam Val Muslimin Seyyed Hadi Seyyed Vaikali referred to the goals and duties of the institution at the university and emphasized the importance of professional ethics and organizational ethics.
He regarded adherence to professional ethics as the foundation of organizational success and added: "Every organization strives for organizational excellence, and one of the effective factors in achieving organizational excellence, which has been emphasized in various studies, especially in our religious approach, is the individuals' familiarity with organizational ethics and their adherence to it within the organization."
Hojjatoleslam Val Muslimin Seyyed Vaikali considered honesty and transparency in work as essential pillars of professional ethics, noting: "Transparency in work somewhat helps to gain the trust of the audience, and this trust is a factor for the survival and growth of the organization or business."
This workshop, held with the aim of familiarizing and providing further training on organizational ethics, was very well received by the staff.
