We inform all graduates of the university that the first special graduation ceremony for the students of Qom University of Technology will be held on March 1, 2014. Therefore, the attention of all dear graduates interested in attending this special celebration is drawn to the following points:
- The first special graduation ceremony of Qom University of Technology will take place on Thursday, March 1, 2014, at the university premises.
- All graduates of Qom University of Technology can register to participate in this ceremony.
- Each graduate may bring a maximum of two guests to the ceremony.
- The fee for participation in the celebration is 350,000 Rials for graduates and 100,000 Rials for each accompanying guest.
- It is important to note that the registration fee includes the following services:
أ. Rental of graduation attire
ب. Group photographs by department
ج. Participation in the celebration
د. Receipt of a special memento from the ceremony
ه. Refreshments and dinner
و. Delivery of a DVD of the edited ceremony and photo files to the participants' addresses

أ. Payment of the total participation fee (graduate and guests) in a single transaction to account number 2178983501000 at Bank Melli Iran in the name of Qom University of Technology
ب. Complete the online registration form and submit a copy of the payment receipt
ج. Obtain a confirmation of registration from the secretariat
The final registration deadline is January 9, 2014.
Keep the original payment receipt until you receive the invitation and the end of the ceremony.
It is mandatory to present a valid identification card during in-person visits.

Attention to all dear graduates
According to the decision of the committee organizing the special graduation ceremony, all outstanding graduates in the top three ranks of each major will receive a 60 percent discount on the cost of participation in the ceremony.
Hence, the registration fee for outstanding graduates will be 140,000 Rials and for guests will be 40,000 Rials.
Additionally, the registration deadline is January 9.
