According to the university's public relations: Dr. Rezaei Nour the President of Qom University of Technology has appointed Dr. Javad Rastegar as the Director of Industry Relations at the university.
Dr. Javad Rastegar, born in 1977, holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and is a faculty member at Qom University of Technology. In addition to his academic, educational, and research activities, he has made significant contributions to the development of the industry in the province.
His presentation of several successful industrial and research projects that have reached the commercialization stage has placed him among the active participants in the industry of the country and the province.
This year, his research project titled "Investigation of the Structure of Total Cost and Providing Solutions for Increasing Productivity in Selected Industries of Qom Province to Support Iranian Goods with Priority on Footwear and Sandals Industries and Mining Industries" was recognized by Dr. Boroumand, the Vice Minister of Research and Technology at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Rastegar also served as the Director of Industry Relations at this university in 2012 and facilitated the expansion of industry-university relations in the province.
It should be noted that during the university's board meeting, while presenting Dr. Rastegar with his official appointment, Dr. Roozbeh Rajabi, the former Director of Industry Relations at the university, was acknowledged for his efforts.
