During the farewell and introduction ceremony of the officials, Dr. Akhoundi emphasized the importance of culture in universities as a significant concern and added: Due to the presence of the holy shrine of Hazrat Masumeh, the sacred Jamkaran Mosque, and the religious texture of this holy city, one of the main goals of Qom Industrial University is to promote the rich Islamic and Iranian culture among students and their families, thus creating a pure cultural environment that will further familiarize students and families with Islamic and Iranian traditions.
Dr. Akhoundi clarified: Given the presence of scholars and eminent religious figures in the holy city of Qom, Qom Industrial University can also provide cultural content for other universities, thereby taking the lead in the propagation of Islamic culture.
