According to the Public Relations of the university; with the presence of a group of managers of industry relations from universities in Qom province, a cooperation agreement for the industrial partner program between Qom Industrial University and Pakshoma Industrial Production Company was signed by Dr. Jalal Rezaei Noore, the university president, and Dr. Adel Kia, the Human Resources Vice President of the company.
According to this agreement, a student group along with a faculty advisor will be present at Pakshoma Industrial Production Company, and over a specified period, in addition to understanding and evaluating this industry, they will identify challenges and development plans. Ultimately, priority issues identified will be introduced to the university and specialized industry partner groups in the form of an RFP (Request for Proposal for Scientific Activity) so that these groups can address the identified issue.
Effective and continuous connection between the university and Pakshoma industry, in the form of internships, apprenticeships, pursuing problem-based theses, providing specialized human resources, offering mutual laboratory services, and organizing scientific visits to the company's production line, are among the key points of this memorandum of understanding.
At the end of this meeting, it was agreed that a joint committee consisting of representatives from both parties would be formed to implement the terms of the memorandum, and by holding meetings in offices to be established at the company and the university, they will consult on the relevant topics.
