Special Loans for Second Round Students: Tuition – Pilgrimage

Documents Required to Establish a Loan File for Day and Second Round Students:
Submitting documents from items 1 to 8 is essential for students requesting a loan for the first time.
1- Completion of the Applicant Information Form (This form is designed separately for Day Students and Second Round Students.)
2- Completion of the Loan Request Form (This form is designed separately for Day Students and Second Round Students.)
3- Opening and announcing a Young Person's Account Number at Tejarat Bank in the name of the student (specific to Day Students)
4- Submission of a notarized guarantee document with a valid guarantor (Official employee, contracted worker, or retired employee, provided they present a deduction certificate from their salary addressed to the Student Welfare Fund)
5- Submission of a copy of the latest employment decree and the guarantor's salary slip
6- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
7- Copy of the student’s national ID card
8- Copy of the student ID card
Dear students, you can receive the mentioned forms by visiting the Student Welfare section on the University Website or the Publications Unit of the university.
Note One : Guarantee documents (on A4 paper), will be accepted if a qualified guarantor is introduced and provided that complete documents are submitted.
Note Two : The priority for reviewing requests will be given to applicants who submit complete documents on the specified dates, and if there is a limitation on the funding, prioritization will be applied.
Note Three : Applications from students with incomplete documents from previous terms will not be reviewed.
Note Four: (Documents for Married Male Students) Submission of a copy of the marriage certificate - a copy of the spouse's birth certificate - determination of the spouse’s status (dependent - employed - living in another city) is mandatory.
Note Five : (Documents for Housing Deposit Loans for Married Students) Proof of marital status and a formal lease agreement with a tracking code in the student's name (rented accommodation in Qom)
Note Six: (Documents for Housing Loans for Single Students who do not reside with their families and do not live in dormitories): A formal lease agreement with a tracking code in the student's name (rented accommodation in Qom)
Note Seven: Considering the increase in the ceiling of educational loans for married male students with children, submission of relevant documents regarding marital status and the birth certificates of children is mandatory.
