In accordance with the regulations issued by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, students must proceed to pay the amounts mentioned below. Therefore, if the portal is closed due to debt, please refrain from contacting the financial unit and deposit the owed amount into account number 2178983501000 at Bank Melli in the name of Qom University of Technology and submit the receipt to the financial department.
1- According to Article 22 of Regulation No. 138715/ and dated 2012/10/14 (students admitted from 2012 onwards)
"Students eligible for free education, in case of failing to obtain a passing grade in any course or dropping a course, are obliged to pay the related fee as per the approved tariffs for re-selection of that course."
2- Based on clause "Z" of the Board of Trustees regulations dated 2011/12/21 attached to letter number 15/177515 dated 2012/11/26 from the Ministry of Science, "A fee of two hundred and fifty thousand rials will be collected from each student upon entry for services such as: issuance of smart cards, administrative correspondence, etc., and this amount will increase by 10% annually."
