Notification No. 2: Extension of Student Loan Deadlines

Announcement No. 2 of the student loan for the second semester of 1400-1399 Qom Industrial University

The registration period for loans and submission of documents to the student affairs office and the loan application on the Welfare Fund website has been extended until 1400/03/20.

"The loan disbursement process for students in daily and second turn courses from the time of loan application in the student portal to the deposit into the student's and university's accounts"

A(Student's action in the Welfare Fund student portal :

Access the student portal via the Welfare Fund website at swf.ir or visit the Welfare Fund student portal at www.bp.swf.ir

1-1 Newly admitted student without a file in the Welfare Fund comprehensive system:

Select the register as a new student button

2-1-1 Enter national ID and date of birth and select the search button

3-1-1 Enter nationality, place of issuance, educational center, field of study, type of course, degree, year of admission, semester of admission, student ID, fixed and mobile phone, and receive a verification code on the mobile phone via SMS, and select save

4-1-1 If the student is confirmed by the university as a student of that university, the student applies for a loan by re-entering the student portal and entering the username and password. (Confirmation of registration will occur upon the preparation and submission of documents and evidence)

Newly admitted student in a new degree with a file in the Welfare Fund comprehensive system:

1-1-2 Enter username and password (which is the national ID of the student without dashes).

2-1-2 If the previous educational degree has been processed (issuance of booklet or settlement), enter the student information section and select register the new educational degree.

3-1-2 A new window opens showing the previous and processed degree, and the student must select the request to create a new educational degree.

4-1-2 Enter nationality, place of issuance, educational center, field of study, type of course, degree, year of admission, semester of admission, student ID, fixed and mobile phone, and receive a verification code on the mobile phone via SMS and select save

5-1-2 If the student is confirmed by the university as a student of that university, the student applies for a loan by re-entering the student portal and entering the username and password.

Student with a file in the Welfare Fund comprehensive system in the same educational degree:

1-1-3 Log into the student portal with username and password (which is the national ID of the student without dashes).

2-1-3 Request a loan.

The student must refer to the university for verification and confirmation of initial registration along with the following documents, based on the type of loan requested, including:

Original and copy of birth certificate and national ID,

Notarized commitment letter* and employment decree of the guarantor(s) and salary deduction certificate (addressed to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology Welfare Fund for the specified amount according to Article 11 of the student loan payment and repayment regulations)

Marriage certificate, rental agreement with tracking code,

Active account number in the name of the student (daytime students)

Student card

Note 1: The student must register in the student portal according to technical limitations from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Note 2: The username of all students is the national ID in a 10-digit numerical format without lines between them.

Note 3: The password for old students is the same as the previous password, and for new students, it is the same 10-digit numerical national ID without lines between them.

*Students who have not submitted a loan file yet must prepare their notarized commitment letter according to the new commitment letter form at the notary public office. (It is essential to ensure the conditions of the guarantor(s) by contacting the relevant expert at the university via phone or email before preparing the guarantee document.)

Note 1: Students who provided a notarized commitment document in previous degrees must provide a new commitment document and salary deduction certificate in the new degree according to the conditions specified in Article 11 of the relevant regulations.

If the amount requested is less than the ceiling of each event, the loan will be paid according to the stipulated amount in the submitted documents. * The deadline for providing documentation, financial and medical documents and their validity for receiving events in specific cases, accidents, and natural disasters for disabled students is a maximum of 9 months after the occurrence of the event, and for top-performing students, national champions, innovators, and sports heroes, a maximum of 6 months after receiving support, and solely during the student's study period is acceptable.
3	(Security Deposit) Married Housing	99/11/20	1400/03/20	Daily students of public universities, centers affiliated with executive agencies, and technical and vocational colleges	* The student must be married, without dormitory accommodation, and have a commitment document and rental agreement (with a tracking code). * No housing loan will be granted in the last permissible semester. * If both partners are students, only one of them can benefit from the housing loan.
4	Tuition from Fund Resources	99/11/20	1400/03/20	Second-turn students of public universities, centers affiliated with executive agencies, technical and vocational colleges, and students of Payame Noor universities, applied scientific universities, Islamic Azad University, and non-governmental, non-profit institutions	* The tuition loan will be deposited into the university's account for part of the student's tuition debt and will be recorded as a debt in the student's file.
