Announcement for Registration of Candidates for Student Committee Elections

Attention esteemed students wishing to apply for membership in the student council for the academic year 1400-1399:
Eligible students who wish to nominate themselves may send the required information, including first name, last name, student ID number, academic level, and field of study, to the number 09100795078 via WhatsApp or to 09380835078 via the Bale messaging service, from 1399/09/29 to 1399/10/01. Additionally, the names of approved candidates will be announced after review. The general conditions for applicants’ membership are as follows:
1. Belief in the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and practical commitment to the absolute guardianship of the jurist and the Constitution.
2. Full-time enrollment at the institution where they are active in one of the undergraduate, master's, or doctoral programs, and having completed at least one semester for undergraduate students.
3. No definitive ruling of condemnation from the disciplinary committee.
4. Adherence to student and ethical standards.
5. Compliance with the regulations and guidelines of the student council.
6. A minimum overall GPA of 13 for undergraduate students and 15 for graduate students.
7. Not having conditional status in the previous semester or not having two consecutive semesters of academic conditional status.
8. Not being a member of the central council of licensed Islamic organizations at the institution.
9. The remaining duration of study, considering the semester in which the elections take place, must be no less than two semesters.
Note 1: Graduate students have the right to participate in elections from the moment they enter the institution.
Note 2: In case of any definitive condemnation of a member of the student council from the disciplinary committee, their membership will be revoked.
