Resumption of In-Person Education

Announcement from the Educational and Research Office of the University Regarding the Resumption of In-Person Education

In the name of God

While extending congratulations on the occasion of the new year and the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, and wishing health for all dear students and esteemed university members, following the announcement from the National Coronavirus Management Headquarters, the directives of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and the resolution of the University Board regarding the resumption of in-person education, the conditions for implementing the educational program for the current semester are announced as follows:

  1. Final exams for the current semester at all educational levels will be held in-person. 
  2. Practical courses and workshops will be conducted intensively and in-person after the holy month of Ramadan according to the schedule announced by the faculties. 
  3. All classes for graduate programs will only be held in-person starting from April 3rd. 
  4. All undergraduate classes will be held in-person only after the holy month of Ramadan starting from May 6th. It should be noted that from April 3rd to May 6th, undergraduate classes will be conducted via the university's online educational system. 
  5. Defense of master's thesis will take place in-person starting from May 6th.
  6. Attendance at the university and dormitories will require proof of three vaccine doses, and students must carry their digital vaccination cards with them.
  7. Students who need accommodation should refer to the dormitory administration for information on conditions and registration.

It is understood that should the health conditions change, new decisions will be communicated based on the resolutions of the National Coronavirus Management Headquarters.
