According to the Public Relations Office of the University: The thirteenth International Festival of Imam Reza (AS) (from the Fateful Sanctuary to the Sacred Sanctuary) hosted by Qom University of Technology concluded its activities in the Shahid Akhundi Conference Hall of this university, with the presence of Dr. Jafar Poor, Head of the Quranic Activities Department at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and provincial officials, who honored the distinguished works.
The President of Qom University of Technology, at the closing ceremony of the Fateful Sanctuary to the Sacred Sanctuary conference, referred to the fact that Iranians are known as the servants of Imam Reza (AS) and added: The people of Iran have a special devotion to Imam Reza (AS); therefore, they always strive to serve this kind Imam, and this year the family of Qom University of Technology has hosted this festival with love and devotion, serving Imam Reza (AS) in enhancing the culture of Reza.
Bahram Khoshnavisan pointed out that the section for heartfelt writings of the Fateful Sanctuary to the Sacred Sanctuary conference was very impactful, adding: Considering that this festival was held for the first time in this manner across the country at Qom University of Technology, our entire effort has been to ensure that this festival is accompanied by spiritual impacts and an understanding of various aspects of Reza culture.
Dr. Jafar Poor, while appreciating the efforts of the officials at Qom University of Technology in organizing this festival, added: With the memorandum of understanding concluded between the National Foundation of Imam Reza (AS) and the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, the holding of this festival in the student section has thankfully gained better coherence and organization, and we hope to witness the spiritual effects of this festival among university communities across the country with the cooperation of university officials.
Abbas Delir, Cultural Director of Qom University of Technology and Secretary of this festival, stated: Qom University of Technology initiated its activities in this festival in three sections: articles, clips, and heartfelt writings on the theme of the Fateful Sanctuary to the Sacred Sanctuary. Establishing a secretariat, issuing decrees, holding multiple sessions, and informing via the university portal and various media, as well as distributing posters among the cultural departments of universities across the country, are part of the actions taken in this festival. He also enumerated providing periodic reports to the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology as the central secretariat, as well as preparing and planning for the ceremony honoring the winners as other actions undertaken, adding: 116 works related to the theme of the festival have been submitted to the secretariat.
In the end, winners were honored with awards and trophies, and the winners will also be sent to Mashhad holy city from December 2 to 4.
