In light of your merits, commitment, and experiences, as well as your satisfactory performance during the two-year term as Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, by this decree, you are retained in the position of "Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs" for a period of two years. It is expected that while adhering to the revolutionary and religious atmosphere of the holy city of Qom, you will utilize your knowledge, skills, and abilities to transform Qom University of Technology into a leading university in industrial and technical sciences.
