According to the public relations office of the university: Dr. Hossein Simayi Sarraf, the legal and parliamentary affairs deputy of the Ministry of Science, honored Hujjat al-Islam and al-Muslimeen Dr. Ebrahim Ebrahimi during this ceremony, stating: Considering the appointment of Hujjat al-Islam and al-Muslimeen Ebrahimi by the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology as the head of the coordination of committees to investigate administrative violations of employees and the coordinator of the disciplinary committees for faculty members, and his insistence on greater focus in the new managerial area, we have accepted his separation from the Parliamentary Affairs Office and will continue to benefit from his consultations and experiences.

Dr. Simayi Sarraf stated: After examining various options and consulting with experts, Hujjat al-Islam and al-Muslimeen Dr. Hosseini, who is an associate professor at the university and has extensive executive experience, was chosen to take over the responsibilities of the Parliamentary Affairs Office of the Ministry of Science, and we hope that the services and actions of the Parliamentary Affairs Office will suitably continue to engage and respond to the esteemed representatives of the Iranian people in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
Seyyed Mohammad Reza Hosseini was born in 1962 in the holy city of Mashhad into a clerical family. In 1967, he moved to Qom, where he completed his primary and secondary education, and in 1976, he began his seminary studies at the Ayatollah Golpayegani School. After completing the initial and advanced level courses, he studied under great scholars such as the late Ayatollah Sheikh Javad Tabrizi, Wahid Khorasani, Makarem Shirazi, Jawadi Amoli, and Hasan Zadeh Amoli.

He completed the fourth level of the seminary in 2009 and achieved scientific degrees at that level, receiving his doctoral degree in Islamic teachings with a focus on Islamic history and civilization from Payam Noor University in 2011.
Dr. Hosseini has taught at the University of Quran Sciences, Azad University, and Payam Noor University, and has published over 50 articles and 14 books to date.
He has served as an advisor to the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance and as an advisor to the Cultural and Social Deputy of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology in matters related to clergy, as well as the representative of the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology at Qom Industrial University and the Board of Trustees of the International University of Islamic Religions.
