In the universities, a committee is formed, chaired by the university president and including the educational, research, and cultural-department deputies as members, which forms the university judging panels. This committee conducts the judging process in two stages and selects students who, after being chosen at the university level and honored, will be introduced to the National Central Secretariat of Exemplary Students for participation at the national level.
This committee at the university is divided into three sections: educational, research, and cultural, and assesses the students' qualifications in five fields: agriculture and veterinary medicine, humanities, art, engineering, and basic sciences.
University students can complete the attached forms and submit them to the relevant departments until February 10th.
The ceremony honoring the exemplary students of 2015 will be held in March of this year at Tehran University, and its national stage will take place in the first decade of April 2016, attended by the President.
