According to the Public Relations Office of Qom University of Technology, in response to the widespread and recurring internet disruptions experienced in recent months, and with the aim of preventing interruptions to students' learning process, the University's **Department of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Smart Systems** implemented a series of comprehensive infrastructure upgrades and technical support measures.

Announcing the initiative, **Eng. Faridouni**, Head of the Department of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Smart Systems, stated that several key measures were undertaken, including:

1. **Deployment of virtual machines** on the University's servers, allocation of dedicated servers, and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure the reliable delivery of online classes.

2. **Creation of dedicated course groups** within the University's integrated learning management system, enabling direct communication, academic discussions, and question-and-answer sessions between faculty members and students.

3. **Activation of the Eduyar educational platform** as an efficient channel for remote communication between students and various University departments. Through its integrated ticketing system, users were able to submit requests, report issues, and receive timely responses.

4. **Development of a dedicated virtual support platform**, accessible through a designated web portal, to provide rapid online assistance to students and staff.

In addition to these initiatives, the Department of Information Technology implemented advanced cybersecurity measures to protect the University's digital infrastructure against the increased risk of cyberattacks, ensuring the stability, integrity, and security of all online services.
