The commencement of the new academic year and the start of a fresh educational term embody the resilience and hope of the academic community during one of the most critical junctures in the country's contemporary history. We step into the arena of scholarship and education at a time when the great nation of Iran has stood firm with all its might in an all-out struggle against the crimes and aggressions of global arrogance—spearheaded by the United States and the aggressive Zionist regime.
In this unequal battle, the courage and valor of the warriors of Islam—coupled with stunning achievements and indigenous defense technologies born of the expertise of domestic specialists—have once again proven that scientific progress is the fundamental pillar of the country's power, independence, and enduring security.
The academic community of Qom University of Technology honors the memory of the nation's martyrs—including the exalted martyrs of the recent conflict, particularly the oppressed martyrs of Minab, as well as the university’s own martyred students, Amir-Mohsen Khodaei and Hossein Mahdi. We regard the pure blood of these loved ones as a source of responsibility and a guiding light for our own "scientific jihad."
Today, the return of professors and students to the classroom shines as a brilliant manifestation of the national will to build the future. With respect and humility toward the esteemed status and tireless efforts of our professors, we look forward to seeing them—as they have in the past—champion knowledge and research while guiding the younger generation along a path of commitment, creativity, and faith. In this spirit, we also invite our dear students to cherish the opportunity to serve in this bastion of learning and to apply their knowledge and ethics toward the self-sufficiency and honor of Islamic Iran.
