With the aim of developing and expanding postgraduate programs and strengthening educational and research capacities, Qom University of Technology has succeeded in obtaining permission to admit students in two new fields at the master's level.
According to the Qom University of Technology Public Relations, based on the obtained permissions, the university will accept students in the fields of civil engineering - structural orientation and engineering and computer science - artificial intelligence orientation from the academic year 1405-1406.
The addition of these two new fields is considered to play an effective role in the development of higher education in Qom province and strengthening and diversifying the postgraduate programs of Qom University of Technology, and paves the way for improving the scientific and research capacities of the university and training specialized and capable human resources in the fields needed by the country.
The launch of the Civil Engineering major - Structural Orientation, given the importance of the infrastructure sector and the country's need for specialized personnel in this field, as well as the creation of the Engineering and Computer Science major - Artificial Intelligence major, in line with attention to new technologies and the country's growing needs for specializations related to artificial intelligence, is among the measures of Qom University of Technology in the targeted development of specialized education and postgraduate education.
This field development has been carried out in line with Qom University of Technology's programs to expand scientific and educational capacities and respond to the scientific and specialized needs of society and the country.
