Utilization of Wastewater Treatment Package at Qom University of Technology

🔹In order to save water, optimize the use of existing resources, and enhance the per capita green space, the wastewater treatment package of Qom University of Technology, with a daily capacity of 50 cubic meters, has become operational.

🔸According to the Public Relations of Qom University of Technology, in line with achieving green management goals and addressing challenges arising from water scarcity, the wastewater treatment package of this university has been launched. This system, with a daily treatment capacity of 50 cubic meters of water, enables the reuse of treated effluent for irrigating the university’s green spaces.

🔹Mr. Noury, head of the Technical Affairs and Supervision Group for Construction Projects at Qom University of Technology, highlighted the importance of this project, stating:
Given the current sensitive situation regarding water scarcity, the operation of this treatment plant will not only significantly save water consumption and reduce the university's operating costs but will also lead to the development and improvement of the green space per capita on campus.
