According to the public relations office of the university, Dr. Mohammad Fadaei, the Educational and Research Deputy of Qom University of Technology, announced: The admission and evaluation process for the doctoral program in 2025, with the presence of members from specialized committees and qualified applicants, was conducted systematically and according to a pre-established schedule in four fields: Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. These sessions aimed to assess the scientific, educational, research, technological abilities, and motivations of the candidates for entering the doctoral program.

He added: Interview sessions were held for two groups of candidates: those who registered through the national doctoral entrance exam and met the necessary qualifications, and those who registered for the doctoral program under the non-exam admission regulations (Outstanding Talent) and possessed specific conditions of this guideline. The interview process took place in a calm and professional environment, allowing candidates to present their abilities and academic records. Faculty members in the specialized committees carefully and compassionately reviewed the educational and research backgrounds, publications, theses, and future plans of the candidates.

The Educational and Research Deputy of the university also stated: Considering the significance of the interview stage in the doctoral admission process and in support of the candidates' rights, compensatory sessions will be held for those individuals who were unable to participate in the main interview process.

In conclusion, he noted: A total of 52 candidates registered for the Mechanical Engineering program, 66 for Computer Engineering, 60 for Industrial Engineering, and 46 for Electrical Engineering, all of whom were invited to the interview. The results of the candidates' scientific evaluations during the interview stage will be summarized and reported to the National Organization for Educational Testing.
