According to the public relations office of Qom University of Technology, a meeting was held on April 14, 2025, to explore opportunities and collaborations between the university and industry. The meeting was attended by Dr. Bahrami, the director of the university's industry relations office, and Mr. Nasir, the director of education and research in technology for the industry and mines of the province.
In this meeting, Dr. Bahrami outlined the potentials of Qom University of Technology, its scientific and research achievements, research statistics, patents registered, and various projects undertaken at the university. He emphasized the significance of engaging the province's industry and mines as an effective link between industries and the university, and reviewed necessary strategies to strengthen this connection.
Mr. Nasir also stated during the meeting that in projects such as technology assistance, career guidance, and research projects, especially in the fields of clothing industries, provincial souvenirs, and handicrafts, there are opportunities for effective collaboration and partnerships between the university and industry.
The parties also emphasized the need to leverage existing supportive research and knowledge-based regulations and guidelines to create more opportunities for joint collaborations and the development of industry and technology in the province.
