According to the Public Relations report of Qom University, the results of a study on analyzing treatment processes, in collaboration with Dr. Jalal Rezai Noor, a faculty member of the industrial engineering department at Qom University and the president of Qom Industrial University, were published in the journal npj Digital Medicine, part of the prestigious international Nature Publishing Group.
This article, derived from the doctoral thesis of Ms. Mansoureh Yari Ilai, a doctoral student at Qom University, focuses on the development of a process-aware recommendation system aimed at suggesting therapeutic activities related to patients with traumatic brain injury. An optimized decision tree-based classifier is at the core of the predictive module of this recommendation system, and its performance has been compared with other emerging classifiers that exhibit strong performance, such as CatBoost and XGBoost.
